Job Description

Monitoring of Ambient Air Quality (PM2.5, PM10, SOx, NOx), fugitive & Workplace monitoring.

Monitoring of Stack emission (PM, SOx, NOx)

Noise level monitoring.

Analysis of ambient air quality, fugitive emissions, stacks emissions, work zone emission, noise level, drinking Water & Waste water parameters as per ISO / NABL guidelines/CTO and maintains the records.

Water analysis - pH, TDS, conductivity, BOD, COD, Chloride, TSS, Total hardness, Calcium hardness (CaCO3), flow

Evaluation of environmental monitoring, report preparation.

Monthly Environmental Board Update of all the Units as stipulated in compliance.

Maintain the record of daily Meteorological data & water consumption meter reading.

Daily rainfall data share with department head by 08:45 Hrs.

Maintenance of environmental equipments.

Close observation of online environmental equipments & update to department head if any abnormality.

Management of laboratory documents (Log books, Registers, Lab formats etc.) as per ISO / NABL guidelines/CTO.

Inventory management of laboratory chemicals, reagents & glassware.

Routine maintenance of instruments used in the respective section of the laboratory

Smooth operation & maintenance of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP & ETP).

Environmental training to the employee.

Environmental Induction to new employee.

Arrangement of environmental materials through ERP.

Identification of greenbelt area and preparation for plantation.

Preparation and successfully conduct EHS events.

Preparation of half yearly E-waste waste report of all units.

Preparation of battery waste report of all units and submitted to SPCB.

Preparation of bio-medical waste report of all units and submitted to SPCB.

Preparation of hazardous waste report of all units and submitted to SPCB.

Preparation of environment statement of all units and submitted to SPCB/CPCB/MoEF&CC.

Close observation of online environmental equipments & update to department head if any abnormality.

Monitoring of ESP and bag filters performance & update to department head if any abnormality.

Cleaning and maintenance of neutralization pit and rain water harvesting pits

Candidate preferable from Cement Industry background.
